In this course you will learn how to cut and fill your cake layers evenly. Due to time constraints, we prepare and bake the cake bases. We make different buttercreams together. You will learn how to lightly spread your cake and cover it with a ganache for dripping.
We also address the following topics:
• What work materials do you need at home?
• What is the best way to use fresh flowers on a cake?
• Which cake fillings are suitable for naked cakes?
• Modeling simple decorations from fondant or marzipan. At the end of the course you can take your own cake home with you.
